Every Skinexi product is notified in Ukraine.

We don't ask you to take our word for it. Every Skinexi product, before reaching you, has undergone a safety assessment, received a full package of documentation, and been registered in the state electronic notification system of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

What does this mean to you

The security has been verified by a specialist.

The safety assessor analyzed the composition, concentration of each ingredient, and laboratory test results, and signed the report.

The product is in the state system.

Data on the product, its composition, and the manufacturer were submitted to the Ministry of Health's electronic notification system before sales began.

Frequently asked questions

Why a notification instead of a certificate?

Previously, cosmetics in Ukraine were verified through certificates and SES findings. Now, the Technical Regulation on Cosmetic Products (CMU Resolution No. 65 of 20.01.2021) is in effect, modeled after the European Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. Instead of a certificate, each product undergoes a safety assessment and notification with the Ministry of Health, just as in EU countries.

Is it possible to obtain copies of the documents?

Yes. Write to us on the contact page and specify the product, and we will send the notification confirmation and other documents.

How to avoid running into a counterfeit?

Shop at skinexi.ua or at official retail locations. They only feature verified sellers and original products.

What should I do if the product caused a reaction?

Discontinue use and contact us. We will log your request, help you find an alternative, and, if necessary, report the incident in accordance with regulatory requirements.
