This is defined by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 172. Gift certificates are also non-refundable. If the product did not work for you, please write to us: we review each case individually.

Exchange and return policy

  • Within 14 days, if

    • the product has not been opened or used
    • its appearance, seals, and factory markings have been preserved
    • there is a receipt or proof of purchase with the date
    • the product is not on the statutory list of exceptions

  • Who pays for the delivery

    • Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We do not accept parcels sent with payment upon receipt.
    • If the order included free shipping, its cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Did you receive it via Nova Poshta? The "Easy Return" service may be free of charge within 14 days.

How to return an item

  1. Pack it

    Securely, along with the gifts from the order.

  2. Add a receipt

    A copy of the payment receipt.

  3. Send

    By Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, or bring it to the store in Ivano-Frankivsk.

  4. Please specify the cost

    State the total price from the receipt.

  5. Please send us the waybill.

    On Viber, Telegram, or Messenger.
