Financial Accountant

Skinexi is growing, and we need someone who keeps the brand's finances in order and sees the solutions behind the numbers. You will be responsible for accounting, reporting, and the company's financial picture, and your calculations will directly influence what Skinexi invests in next.

We create honest skincare for problematic skin and want the business behind it to be just as transparent. Making the company's finances clear to the entire team is your main mission.

What you will do

• Manage accounting and tax reporting: primary documents, bank, cash register, and reporting for FOP (sole proprietorship) and LLC on time and without fines
• Work with counterparties: contracts, invoices, and acts with the manufacturer, suppliers, partners, and distributors
• Control online store finances: payments, cash-on-delivery via Nova Poshta, refunds, and reconciliations with payment services
• Calculate product economics: cost price of each product, margin per sales channel, and monthly budget and cash flow projections
• Prepare management reporting: monthly P&L and clear insights for the founder

Who we are looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as an accountant or financial specialist, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of Ukrainian tax legislation and experience working with M.E.Doc or BAS
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, formulas, and simple financial models
• Attention to detail: you notice errors in invoices or discrepancies in reconciliations immediately
• You can explain numbers in simple language and aren't afraid to say "we can't afford this"

Nice to have

• Experience with inventory accounting and working with contract manufacturing
• Knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA): import of raw materials or packaging, currency control
• Experience setting up financial accounting from scratch in a small company

Your first 3 months

1. Month 1: Get to know the team and product, take over accounting, conduct reconciliations with counterparties, and close the first month without any loose ends.
2. Month 2: Calculate cost price and margins for each product and sales channel, and set up a payment calendar.
3. Month 3: Prepare the first complete P&L and quarterly budget, and work with the founder to define financial goals for the year.
