Content manager

Skinexi is growing, and we need someone to ensure every page of our brand sells and provides value. You will be responsible for everything a customer sees on our website and marketplaces: descriptions, photos, product cards, and articles, and your work will directly impact sales and brand trust.

People with problematic skin find it difficult to determine what will actually work for them. We want them to find honest and clear answers on the Skinexi website. Making our content reflect that is your main mission.

What you will do

• Manage product cards on the website and marketplaces: descriptions, ingredients, application methods, photos, and specifications
• Write product copy: from Dry Lotion Formula+ and Gentle Cleanser to Brightening Serum, in a clear way without making empty promises
• Maintain the "Knowledge Base" blog: articles on caring for problematic skin, FAQs, and product guides
• Work with photos and visuals: set tasks for photo shoots, select and prepare images, and ensure a consistent style
• Maintain website order: update banners, promotions, page text, and ensure everything is up to date

Who we are looking for

• At least 1 year of experience as a content manager, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, or marketplaces
• You write proficiently in Ukrainian, simply and without corporate jargon
• You are confident in working with CMS, spreadsheets, and marketplace admin panels
• You are detail-oriented: prices, ingredients, and photos always match
• You are proactive: you see what can be improved and suggest solutions

It would be a plus

• Basic SEO knowledge and experience working with Rozetka, Prom, or Makeup
• Skills in editing photos in Photoshop, Figma, or Canva
• An interest in cosmetics and skincare

Your first 3 months

1. First month: Get to know the products and the team, audit the cards on the website and marketplaces, and create a list of improvements.
2. Second month: Update descriptions and photos for all products, launch a content plan for the "Knowledge Base" blog.
3. Third month: Publish your first articles, implement standards for new cards, and work with marketing to set goals for the next six months.
