Skinexi is growing, and we need someone to tell our brand story to the media, experts, and partners. You will be the company’s first PR Manager: you will build Skinexi’s reputation from scratch, and your publications and connections will open doors to new clients and partners.

We create honest skincare for problem skin and want people to talk about us just as honestly. Your mission: to make Skinexi a brand that is known, cited, and recommended.

What you will do

  • Build relationships with the media: beauty and lifestyle publications, journalists, editors, and podcasts
  • Prepare PR materials: press releases, comments, expert columns, brand stories, and founder stories
  • Organize PR activities: product launches, PR box mailings, and participation in exhibitions and beauty events
  • Engage experts: dermatologists and cosmetologists for comments, reviews, and joint projects
  • Monitor brand mentions, manage feedback, and report on reach and results

Who we are looking for

  • 1+ years of experience in PR or communications, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
  • You have contacts in Ukrainian media or know how to build them quickly
  • You write brightly and accurately in Ukrainian: from press releases to expert columns
  • You have a sense for what stories will interest journalists and how to pitch them
  • You are proactive: you don't wait for instructions, but suggest new angles and opportunities

It will be a plus

  • Experience working with dermatologists, cosmetologists, or medical experts
  • Experience in crisis communications or managing negative feedback
  • An interest in cosmetics and skincare

Your first 3 months

  1. First month: Get to know the products and the team, build a media database, and prepare press releases and the brand story.
  2. Second month: Secure your first publications, launch PR box mailings, and establish contacts with experts.
  3. Third month: Summarize results, create a six-month PR calendar, and set annual goals with the founder.
