Project Manager

Skinexi is growing, and we need someone to help turn ideas into results on time and without chaos. You will lead the company’s key projects: product launches, new sales channels, and collaborations with partners and influencers, and your work will determine how quickly the brand moves forward.

In a small, fast-growing team, there are always more ideas than hands and time. We want the most important ones to reach launch, and for everyone to know who is responsible for what. Establishing this is your primary mission.

What you will do

• Lead projects from idea to launch: new products, packaging updates, and launches on marketplaces and partner networks
• Plan and control: goals, milestones, deadlines, budgets, and risks for each project
• Coordinate people: marketing, sales, production, designers, contractors, UGC creators, and influencers
• Set up processes: task trackers, regular meetings, and briefing and reporting templates
• Keep the team informed: statuses, decisions, and project summaries for the founder and colleagues

Who we are looking for

• At least 1 year of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce, beauty, or a small, growing company
• Ability to break down a large task into clear steps and see it through to completion
• Clear and calm communication, ability to negotiate with people in various roles
• Self-driven: you don’t wait for instructions, you suggest ways to improve
• Organized: deadlines, budgets, and agreements are under your control

A plus would be

• Experience in product launches or working with production and suppliers
• Proficiency in Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Google Workspace
• Interest in cosmetics and skincare

Your first 3 months

1. First month: Get to know the team, products, and current tasks; consolidate all projects into a single plan and task tracker.
2. Second month: Take full control of 2–3 key projects; launch regular meetings and reporting templates.
3. Third month: Bring your first major project to launch, summarize the results, and set priorities for the next six months with the founder.
